Due to the high demand, there are currently no more commercial areas available. The"go" for a pioneering development of the association area by 147,400 m² was therefore given on 21.12.2021. After development, further commercial areas will be available here for companies willing to build.
The association area is conveniently located with no local access to the A 81 autobahn, making it a highly attractive business location for potential investors and companies.

In theSulgen district, the first two construction phases "Lienberg I" and "Lienberg II" have already been completely built on, and the third construction phase is directly adjacent. Due to the high demand, there are currently no more commercial sites available.
